The ALPAKA welding cobot Basic is a mobile, automated welding system mounted on a platform. It canbe flexibly transported to any location using a pallettruck – connect, start, plug & weld.

Our self-developed hard- and software allows the welding system to be customized to your specific processes and, in the event of technical developments, to be modulary integrated into your current system at any time. Seam tracking during pendulum movements across the arc is already integrated into the basic model. This ensures uniform, higher-quality weld seams.

If you need greater accessibility and even more flexibility when welding, the Plus model of the ALPAKA welding cobot is the right choice.

The workspace can be expanded by adjusting the height – ideal for large components. The Plus model is also mobile and can additionally be transported by crane. An integrated drawer cabinet for wear parts and tools also ensures that everything important is always within reach.

With a working range of 360 degrees, the welding cobot covers every position in the horizontal range. This means that even large or complex-shaped components can be processed without reclamping. The mobile ALPAKA welding cobot BASIC offers maximum freedom of movement – even overhead.

This allows more weld seams to be produced in a single pass without having to retool the component or system. This saves time, increases added value and adapts flexibly to any welding task.

Welding Cobot Plus

The Plus model of the mobile ALPAKA welding cobot expands the spherical workspace by an additional dimension: height.

Manual height adjustment allows the system to be flexibly adapted to different component heights – quick, easy and without tools. This creates an extended cylindrical workspace – for even greater reach, less retooling effort and higher productivity for a wide variety of welding tasks.
